St George's Walk was founded in memory of our scout leader, Barry Bond who passed away on 23rd April 2020. Since the first walk in 2021, we have raised over £25,000 for charities including RNLI, The Scouts, BBC Children in need and Help for Heroes as well as giving small grants to local good causes and community groups in the areas we have walked.

Coastal walking is challenging and can be arduous & muddy at times (see photo!) Our walks span 50+ miles each April and are a great goal and objective for the walkers as well as raising valuable funds.

We believe that walking in the outside and nature is beneficial for both physical and mental health and general well being.

This year will see the entire route approach 60 miles over 2 1.2 days, a real challenge but with breathtaking views. My personal aim is to complete 30 + miles as well as assisting the support crew. Please support us with whatever you can spare and check out our social media.
