On the 21st of June I’ll be tackling one of the toughest endurance hikes I've attempted yet — the infamous 10in10 Challenge in the Lake District.

This demanding route spans nearly 30km and climbs over 2,000m of elevation, with the goal of summiting 10 mountain peaks within 10 hours.

It’s not just about the physical challenge. I’m doing this to raise vital funds for the MS Society, a cause very close to my heart. Multiple Sclerosis affects over 130,000 people in the UK, including friends and family members of mine who inspire me with their resilience and strength.

Every step I take on this brutal course will be for them — and for everyone living with MS.
