Welcome to the Team Keough fundraising page for the 10 in 10 in aid of MS Society UK.

Alongside the Keoughs (Mum, Dad, James and Eddie), we're joined by Tom Barton, Robbie Steel, Anna White and Tom Pavey-Smith, looking to conquer 10 peaks in 10 hours to help fund vital research into the closest thing yet to a cure for MS.

This topic has hit closer to home for all of us since my (Eddie) diagnosis of relapsing remitting MS last year.

I was deeply touched that one of the first things that my family and close friends thought to do last year was sign up for the 10 in 10. And having been in no fit state to even think about it last year following my first relapse and medical complications, I'm now taking on the challenge myself alongside the finest team in the land.

It seems somewhat poetic that the start line to an amazing and inspirational fundraiser for MS is literally around the corner from the house where I grew up in the Lakes. So, it is only fair that I take on the challenge, in spite of the fact I now live full time in the very flat East Midlands.

Thankfully, I'll have my team alongside me carrying me through (hopefully just mentally and emotionally rather than physically). But one thing that will make the gruelling trek slightly easier is if we raise lots of money to fund vital search into remyelination which looks to repair the damage done to the nerves through MS.
