Story

Yoo its Tom & Ilanas big swim! We're taking part in the RNLI Castle 2 Castle Swim, an iconic one-mile open water sea swim across the Carrick Roads raising money for the RNLI, an incredible charity that saves lives at sea and who let’s be honest, if things go sideways, they will be the ones dragging us out of the water!

This event raises money to support the RNLI's AMAZING volunteer lifeboat crews and lifeguards. The RNLI celebrated its 200th anniversary in 2024 and each year the demands of the lifesaving service we provide increases, so with the charity relying on the public's voluntary donations every pound raised will help to save more lives around our coast.

The swim is a fantastic event largely run by volunteers, without whom it wouldn't be possible. It promises to be great fun with a fantastic atmosphere, so please do come along and get involved and cheer us on!
