My dear dad, Tom Jackson passed away peacefully following a brief illness on 26 October surrounded by his loving family. My dad was a quiet man but one of his loves in life was the health and wellbeing of animals.

My dad and mum have rescued both cats and dogs from local animal shelters, and are also financial supporters of many animal charities.

My dad had a love for horses and his main passion was to support the work of charities that gave horses and their foals a new and safe start in life. It was my dad's dying wish that we continue to support this wonderful charity.

My dad wants a simple send-off as was not a one for crowds and celebrations, enjoyed the love and company of his immediate family more than anything.

We would love anyone who knew my dad to make a small donation to this lovely charity in memory of my lovely dad! He will be so pleased that his beloved animals continue to be cared for after his passing. Thank you all for your love and support for Tom x Doreen, Stuart, Andrea and Elena x
