Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am doing a 15,000ft Tandem Skydive as a personal challenge but wanted to do some good for others at the same time, so decided I would like to support 2 charities that support people with conditions that 2 members of my family have been afflicted with.

The first cause is Wegener's Disease ( Granulomatosis with Polyangitis GPA)

My wife was struck down with this terrible condition in 2020 and nearly taken away from us. Thanks to the consultant in Rheumatology department and Intensive care unit at Queen Alexandra Hospital Portsmouth who saved her life.

This condition is very rare and needs much more research in order to prevent and cure people who are suffering from the affects it causes.(See the link for more information.)

Please help research into curing or treating this awful condition.

Every penny that you donate will go to the charity. The Skydive event has already been paid for.

The second cause is for Race Against Dementia please see the other page if you wish donate.
