This year I’ve decided to participate in Newcastles half marathon known as The Great North Run. I've always wanted to do this event even though I haven’t ran further than 10K so this really is my biggest challenge yet but there is no better time to do it. Even better to be raising money for a great cause close to my own, my family and friends hearts but also within the industry of work I’m in. As mental health and suicide rates are at an all time high and MIND is essential to help support the on going battle.
