So....... on Friday 7th February, I will be participating in the 'Hope Centre Big SleepOut 2025', where I will be sleeping 'out' overnight to shine a spotlight on what some people do not have a choice to do.

As someone who gets cold the minute September hits, this will be a challenge !

The event aims to raise awareness of the many problems associated with homelessness and to support as many vulnerable people as possible.

The 'Cold and Unseen' event seeks to illustrate how it feels to be a rough-sleeper on one of the coldest times of the year.

We will be taking over the carpark at the Mercure Hotel in central Northampton for one night, experiencing what it's like to sleep out for 12 hours with just a sleeping bag and a cardboard or plastic shelter.
