Hello everyone,

Get ready to cheer us on! A team of five of us from Deloitte's Transformation Activation Northern Ireland (TANI) are incredibly excited (and a little daunted!) to announce that we'll be taking on the Belfast marathon relay run 2026 to support the NOW group.

The Team : Cheryl Beggs, Tracey Weerawarna, Karandeep Singh, Ryan McComiskey, Anjani Barrett

This challenge has brought us together not only to make a difference for our community but also to push ourselves physically. Our team is a fantastic mix: some of us are seasoned runners dusting off our trainers and getting back into the rhythm, while others, have only recently discovered the joy (and pain!) of running.

Beyond the personal challenge, our collective biggest motivation for this relay is our shared passion for giving back to the community, for this run the NOW group.

We would be absolutely thrilled if you could join us on this journey, both in spirit as we train and run, and by helping to support this incredibly important cause. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a significant impact!

We’re proud to support NOW Group as Deloitte Belfast’s charity partner from FY26 to FY28. NOW Group has been supporting people with learning disabilities, difficulties, and autism since 2002. In 2024 alone, they supported over 2,000 individuals into paid employment across Ireland. Combining skills development, community engagement, and social enterprise, NOW Group creates inclusive opportunities for people who might otherwise be excluded from the workforce. Our Belfast team is excited to support this incredible mission through fundraising and volunteering over the next three years.

Our office charity partnership forms part of Deloitte's Social Impact programme where we are focused on building better futures for all concentrating on three key areas where we believe we can make a lasting difference: a digital world for everyone / more sustainable ways of doing business / a skilled workforce for the future.
