Story
On Wednesday 26th March, the Tribepad team will be taking on a 6-hour Spinathon from 10am–4pm outside the front entrance of The Innovation Centre 🚴♀️💜
Why? Because we’re incredibly proud to be sponsoring a Lioness as part of the Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity – Pride of Yorkshire campaign.
Pride of Yorkshire is a city-wide art trail like no other. A pride of beautifully designed lion and lioness sculptures will take over South Yorkshire, celebrating creativity, community and compassion – all while raising vital funds for Sheffield Children’s Hospital. Once the trail ends, the sculptures will be auctioned to support life-changing treatment, pioneering research and specialist equipment for the hospital’s young patients.
As a Sheffield-born business, Tribepad cares deeply about the communities we’re part of. Over the years, we’ve supported incredible causes, but Pride of Yorkshire feels especially close to home. Sheffield Children’s Hospital touches the lives of so many families across South Yorkshire and beyond. The work they do doesn’t just save lives, it protects childhoods.
Sponsoring a lioness is our way of standing proudly alongside the hospital and helping make a lasting difference. The Spinathon is one of many fundraising events that support the campaign and help us raise as much as possible.
For six hours, Tribepad colleagues will be cycling back-to-back to clock up the miles, raise awareness, and (hopefully!) inspire plenty of donations from passers-by and supporters. Every pound raised will help Sheffield Children’s continue to provide extraordinary care to children who need it most.
Every penny really does count.
If you can donate, share, or pop down to cheer us on, we’d be so grateful.
Let’s pedal with purpose and show what Yorkshire spirit is all about. 🦁🚴♂️💛
