Two Ty Hafan staff teams will be taking on the Welsh 3 Peaks challenge this year. We are made up of Care Team, Family Wellbeing, Maintenance and Catering; a veritable feast of intrepid walkers, ready to trek our little legs off!!

This is a huge challenge, but nothing compared to the experience facing these young people and their families. Though there is such joy, love and beauty to be had, the underlying knowledge that those children referred to us will likely die during their childhood, is inescapable. We work tirelessly to support these families, hoping to make their time together as treasured as it can be.

Your donations will help to ensure that when a child’s life will be short, no family should have to live it on their own.
