In 2024, 6 Ty Hafan staff members took on the Welsh Three Peaks.

Now, 2 of them are foolish enough to go back for more and they’ve convinced 4 other unsuspecting adventurers to return alongside them!

But really, it is nothing compared to the mountains that the Ty Hafan families climb on a daily basis: knowing they have a child with a life shortening condition or living with the grief of bereavement.

We can’t stop children being born with life shortening conditions but we can strive to ensure that no child or family is left to face this alone.

Alongside the incredible Ty Gobaith, Ty Hafan support children with life shortening conditions and their families in Wales, through the seemingly impossible journey, through life, death and beyond.
