Mind is an amazing charity that aims to give advice and support to empower anyone struggling with mental health. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

They have fantastic resources available for university students- from helping them navigate the big change of moving to university, to supporting university students who may be having a mental health crisis.

The statistics on suicide and mental health at the moment are shocking, and it really put things into perspective about how precious life is, and how important it is that everybody has a support network around them when they are facing difficult times. The more money we can raise for charities such as Mind, the more lives we can help save.

Football is a fantastic way to join people together, and so we are doing a football tournament to raise money for this brilliant charity. We will have students and staff from all different courses coming together to each contribute their skills to making the event as successful as possible.

On the day- Wednesday 20th March:

Players arrive: 1pm

First kick off: 1:30pm

Games finish: 4pm

Raffle/ event finishes: 4:30pm
