Hi, I’m Umar, and this July I’ll be cycling from London to Paris to raise money for Regenerate and its social enterprise, Feel Good.

This will be a gruelling challenge, but it is nothing compared to the challenges many young people face when trying to find work.

Currently, 946,000 young people aged 16–24 in the UK are not in Employment, Education, or Training. Feel Good supports these young people by providing training, mentoring, and employment opportunities, helping them build confidence and make positive changes in their lives. Their approach is centred on recognising potential, understanding each young person as an individual, and providing meaningful support every step of the way.

Everyone deserves the opportunity and support to dream big and achieve success, regardless of their background. Every donation will help make that possible, as Regenerate continues its mission and works towards opening its second coffee shop this year.
