Story
Four years ago, I made the decision to give up alcohol and it changed my life. I was tired of the chaos, the emotional toll, and the way it kept me stuck in patterns that didn’t serve me. Sobriety gave me clarity, creativity, and the chance to rebuild.
That’s why I’m running the Royal Parks Half Marathon for Alcohol Change UK - a charity doing vital work to support people affected by alcohol harm and to change the conversation around drinking. I know how hard it is to make that change, and I want to show others that it’s possible.
This run is also a quiet nod to my dad, who died 15 years ago, to the exact day, from Leukaemia. He didn’t get to see this version of me, but I know he’d be proud.
Please support if you can - every penny counts.
