This year is Hope Rescue's 20th anniversary, so I had to make sure I did something that really was a challenge to celebrate and raise funds! I'm going to have to both lose weight and get fit which is terrifying but it's worth it!

When I set the rescue up back in 2005 I had no idea it would grow to be the incredible charity it is today. We now have our own rescue centre, a team of more than 50 staff, four charity shops, a community programme, hundreds of amazing foster carers and the best volunteers. Last financial year we helped 1038 dogs through our doors, an incredible number for a small charity!

As we celebrate 20 years of Hope, I'm excited to lead us on the next stage of our journey helping as many pets and people as we can on the way. We know funding will remain a significant challenge and we can only move forward thanks to the kindness and generosity of our supporters and every penny donated will transform the lives of the vulnerable dogs tht rely on us.
