At Arlington Free Clinic (AFC), we believe that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of their financial situation. Our journey began in 1994, fueled by a vision of health equity for all. Today, we stand as Arlington’s only provider of comprehensive healthcare services for adults living with low income and without health insurance.

Every year, our dedicated team—comprising over 450 volunteers and 45 full/part-time staff—works tirelessly to serve approximately 1,500 of our community’s most vulnerable residents. Each patient who walks through our doors carries a unique story, often filled with challenges that can feel insurmountable.
