Story
The Vickery brothers are taking part in Men’s Walk on 7 March 2026 because we are determined to stand by our local hospice, so that they can be there for others during one of life’s most difficult journeys. Every day matters and time is precious, so let’s make every mile count!
The care Hospiscare gave our wonderful Grandad was very special and the staff helped our family so much through a really difficult time.
Hospiscare is a local charity, caring for terminally ill people and their families across Exeter, Mid and East Devon. Their teams of doctors and nurses offer free, expert palliative and end-of-life care in the community and at Searle House hospice in Exeter. Over the years, they’ve comforted and cared for thousands of people in our community, enabling them to live life to the fullest.
Men’s Walk is about more than a 7-mile walk; it’s about providing local people with a voice, with dignity, with care and compassion.
Something we’d all want.
So please, if you can, make a donation today and help make a difference!
