Toby is taking part in RunReigate again this year for Include. Last year, with very little training, he ran an impressive 25 minute 5k. He is hoping to do as well or perhaps better this year. Include's vision is a world where no-one is excluded because of communication needs.

Include is an award-winning Surrey-based charity offering social, learning and therapeutic opportunities for people age 16+ who have communication needs, many are neurodivergent. Most have multiple and varied conditions or diagnoses, and intersectionality in their experiences of being excluded.

Include helps reduce exclusion, by providing Speech and Language Therapy-based community activities and training which:

● Promote inclusion and wellbeing

● Empower people with communication needs

● Develop communication skills with individuals, services and communities
