I am participating in the "58 Miles in February for Refuge 2024" event, running 58 miles throughout February to raise funds for Refuge. This incredible organization provides practical and emotional support to women who have escaped abuse, helping them rebuild their lives.

Having personally experienced the impact of agencies like Refuge, I am deeply passionate about supporting their mission. When I was in a desperately difficult situation, they offered me a helping hand and made a huge difference in my life. Now, I want to run for the thousands of other women and children who need services like Refuge.

The services provided by Refuge are more crucial now than ever before. With your support, we can ensure that women and children facing abuse have access to the help they need. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a significant impact.

I would be hugely grateful if you could contribute towards my target of £1000! That £1000 can help so many women who need urgent help, it costs £52 to house a woman for a night and £800 to help a woman find more permanent safety and security outside the refuge.
