Going into 2023 I really wanted to do something to give back as well as focusing on my physical and mental health. I saw an internal post regarding the PedElle 2023 Challenge which Knight Frank has been a sponsor of for a number of years and felt this was a great charity to be a part of and would push me out of my comfort zone as I have not done road cycling before! Although I didn't quite realise it was 380k over mountains in Slovenia over 3 days!!! To add to the challenge I have also given up alcohol since the first of January to get me into shape and will not be drinking until after June 18th when the challenge is complete! Please do give as little or as much as you can to help me reach my target to support some very worthy initiatives that PedElle are spearheading.

Club Peloton (clubpeloton.org) is the charity and real estate cycling community transforming the lives of young people. Since 2006, it has given £4.5 million in grants to projects that make a real difference, including:

- recruiting families for 1,150 children waiting longer than 18 months to find adoptive homes

- assisting 500 families with post adoption support

- awarding 800 bikes, tandems and adapted trikes to children and young people affected by cancer

- supporting research to illustrate the relationship between physical and mental well-being and physical activity in children surviving cancer

- tackling the root causes of violent street crime through 18 amazing projects

- assisting the children of 27 families living with a loved one with MSA
