Club Peloton is the charity and real estate cycling community transforming the lives of young people. Since 2006, it has given £4.5 million in grants to projects that make a real difference.

Over three days, riders will take part in a 395km ride in the mountains of Slovenia from Ljubljana to Piran. They will be committed to rigorous training in order to take on the arduous task of cycling this distance which includes climbing 5,949m.

At the same time, they will be fundraising for Club Peloton so they can continue transforming young lives by supporting projects including:

- recruiting families for 1,150 children waiting longer than 18 months to find adoptive homes

- assisting 500 families with post adoption support

- awarding 800 bikes, tandems and adapted trikes to children and young people affected by cancer

- supporting research to illustrate the relationship between physical and mental well-being and physical activity in children surviving cancer

- tackling the root causes of violent street crime through 18 amazing projects

- assisting the children of 27 families living with a loved one with MSA
