With my fellow colleagues, I look forward to taking part in a charity skydive for the Lenox Children's Cancer Trust. The event will also be a celebration of the new additions to the Gold Care Homes group, with the theme "Gold Care has landed."

As someone who is terrified of heights, the idea of jumping out of a plane was daunting, to say the least. But I am determined to face my fears and raise money for a worthy cause. Alongside members from each of the care homes, we will all take the plunge together.

I would love to raise an impressive amount of money for the Lenox Children's Cancer Trust. I'm grateful to have been a part of such an amazing event and hope to smash through the minimum target of £400 p/person
