Waldeck’s Nuclear team is excited to host a charity cricket match at Wembdon Cricket Club in Bridgwater on Tuesday 2nd September. 🏏

The event aims to raise valuable funds for our two chosen charities: Prostate Cancer UK and Destination Florida, while also bringing colleagues and clients together for a day of friendly competition and teamwork.

Reflecting the diversity of our growing Hinkley Point C team, the match will see Waldeck India take on Waldeck Rest of the World in a light-hearted competition that celebrates our international workforce and strong team culture.

Waldeck India will be raising money for Destination Florida.

Destination Florida is a charity that works with children, who have life threatening and life limiting medical conditions, and their parents or guardians.

This amazing charity organises life enhancing biannual trips to Florida for around 75 children from across the north of the United Kingdom. Lasting for eight days, the children are given the opportunity to visit all the major theme parks, including; Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.
