Story
Hi, I’m Noushien 👋
And along with two equally unhinged (and wonderful) women, Lottie & Becky, I’m taking on a 100km walk across the Cotswolds Way. Yes. One hundred. Kilometres. On foot. On purpose.
On 13 June 2026, we’re taking on the Cotswold Way Ultra Challenge and walking 100km across the Cotswolds continuously, over two days, with very little sleep and a lot of snacks. Every year I say, “I’m going to do something like this”… and every year it quietly slips past me. Not this year. Instead of easing myself in sensibly, I’ve decided to jump in at the deep end with Becky and Lottie and go straight for the 100km.
Go big or go home, right?
I own The Village Cakery in Churchdown, and I know how tough things are right now. People ask for donations from us daily - we give as much as we can, and I truly appreciate that not everyone can give. But if you are able to donate, even a little, I’d be incredibly grateful. Every penny goes towards supporting the NHS and the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps it all running so we can all get the care we need when it matters most 💙
To fuel this madness, I plan to eat at least one brownie every 10km (purely medical, obviously). I’ll be sharing updates along the way - the highs, the lows, the blisters, the snacks, and everything in between.
Thank you so much for the support, the encouragement, and the donations. Every donation you choose to give helps your local hospitals do more to care for you, everyone you love and their passionate NHS staff. It helps to fund projects that make a positive change for as many as possible. From state-of-the-art equipment, transforming the hospital environment, supporting their incredible staff incredible staff to specialist care; your support helps to make an impact every day.
Thank you! Your support can make a real difference.
Wish us luck… and send snacks 🍫🥾
Noushien x
