Bail us out! We've been locked up for Maggie's.

Warren and Manon Lewis is raising money for Maggie's Centres

Jail or Bail for Maggie's Cardiff · 21 March 2025 ·

Eight local business leaders have been found guilty of outrageous charges and locked up for Maggie's Cardiff. With only a phone, laptop and their powers of persuasion, they now need your help to raise funds to pay their bail and escape jail.

Story

We are two of eight local Business leaders and influencers who have been put behind bars for Maggie's. We have been found guilty of garage bashing harm to the garage door when Warren & Manon (separately!) drove & reversed respectively into the garage door causing £1,000 of damage & a new door required and sent down with bail set at a minimum of £1,000!

With only my phone, laptop and my powers of persuasion, I need your help to raise funds to pay bail and escape jail!

Warren has been a member of the Maggie’s Cardiff Board of Fundraisers for over 8 years and the whole family has been involved in fundraising for this wonderful charity since it opened in 2019. Manon also ran the Cardiff Half Marathon in 2023 and raised much- needed funds for Maggie’s Cardiff by completing the 13.1 long miles with her mum. As members of the business and legal networks in Cardiff, both Warren & Manon hope to persuade their contacts to bail them out of jail and raise a fantastic amount of money for an amazing charity that does so much to support those living with cancer and their families in South-East Wales. Diolch o galon am eich cefnogaeth! 🧡

For many people living in the South East Wales, Maggie's in Cardiff is a beacon of hope, offering a unique programme of practical and psychological support, available free of charge to people at any stage and with any type of cancer, and to their family and friends.

Maggie’s in Cardiff opened it’s doors in 2019 and by the end of 2025 they expect to have welcomed and supported over 75,000 visits, delivered thousands of one-to-one psychologist sessions, and secured over millions in financial benefits for local people. They rely entirely on voluntary donations and gifts in wills to fund their work, and with instances of cancer 1 in 2 people, there is huge demand for the support they provide.

Please donate to bail me out (or keep me in!) and support Maggie’s – every £ will help.
