Help us raise funds for the Norfolk Superhero Fund - getting children active in Norfolk!

My 9th time of doing this and Griggsy's first.

A one mile swim in the creek at Burnham Overy Staith to start (sea temp barely above 10 degrees). A four mile kayak to follow as the water based part of the challenge ends (about an hour, fighting the tide on the way home). Just the small matter of a forty five mile bike taking in beautifulSandringham, Houghton and Holkham Halls (yes Norfolk is flat, but trust me, the wind can be a killer!). To finish, a 9 mile run across the dunes, forest and beach ending in a scramble across the mud.

Approx 6 hours of pain - all for a very worthy charity helping children in Norfolk.
