Story
Salford City Kitman- Will Moore
“After unfortunately getting an injury two weeks before the last fight, I had surgery and I’m now back training and ready for the rearranged day of the 6th September”
“I’m participating in the charity boxing event to challenge myself both physically and mentally while contributing to a great cause. It’s an opportunity to step out of my comfort zone, support a meaningful charity, I hope to make a small difference and raise awareness for a cause that truly matters to many people throughout the football club.”
- how are you training for it, what’s involved with training
“At the moment alot of my training has been trying to learn the basics of boxing whilst trying to improve my fitness. When we get into the end of January the sparring will become more intense and hopefully by then things will come together more. We have a busy schedule within the football club, that will always be my main focus but I will continue to train 4/5 times a week in preparation for the fight. If I don’t I will get found out on the night in the ring.
Salford Football club is special to me and I love being apart of this club.
From the staff to the fans I would love to see you there on the night, I can’t do this without your support! This is about more than just the fight, it’s about making a difference for a cause that truly matters. Whether it’s cheering me on, spreading the word, or contributing to the fundraiser, every bit of support helps. Together, we can turn this challenge into something meaningful.
What charity you are raining money for -
Autism is a life long developmental disability that affects 1 in 100 people. It affects the way a person communicates and how they see the world around them.
Ambitious about Autism is the National Charity for autistic children and young people championing their rights and creating opportunities. They stand with autistic children and young people by providing services, raising awareness, understanding and by campaigning for change.
Thanks you for the support
Whatever happens, I will be giving it everything I have and hopefully get the win
Thanks again
Will
