Thames Valley Air Ambulance (TVAA) is the only provider of advanced critical care within Berkshire, Oxfordshire & Buckinghamshire. Every day, someone in our community could be in need of assistance. Within minutes TVAA bring expertise, equipment and treatment of the hospital to the most critically ill and injured patients.

On Sunday 12th October 2025, Lucy and I are running the Oxford Half Marathon together, to raise money for this amazing charity. TVAA receives no regular funding from the government, relying solely on donations. TVAA attended over £3,000 incidents last year at a cost of almost £4,000 for each incident.

Neither of us are natural runners, but Lucy’s half marathon last year inspired me to join her. Come rain or shine, we’ll be running to raise as much as we can for such an important charity.
