Story
I started my scouting journey age 6 when I joined Beavers, progressing to Cubs then Scouts and I am now an Explorer and also a Young Leader for the local Cub unit.
I am very excited to be chosen to represent Suffolk and the UK at the next World Scout Jamboree. There is a huge fundraising target of £3,400 to meet and I have been, and will continue to, carry out fundraising activities such as Chocolate Bingo, a Quiz Night and other events over the next 18 months in order to raise the funds I need to attend the Jamboree and acquire any kit I need. Any donation, no matter the size, would mean so much and will help me reach my target.
All funds raised through this page go directly to Suffolk County Scout Council’s World Scout Jamboree Fund. This fund supports the participation of our Suffolk Unit and contributes to the wider international Scouting movement, including helping to subsidise places for Scouts from less affluent parts of the world.
Should for any reason this event not take place, then the funds raised will be held by the trustees of Suffolk County Scout Council, to be used at their discretion to support members of Suffolk Scouts attending similar scouting events.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
