This November, I'll be heading to Nepal with fellow BMC Director, James Holdsworth as part of A Sonic Adventure, Nepal, an incredible challenge raising funds for the Girls' Empowerment Programme in Nepal.

Together, we'll trek through the Himalayas to Lake Tilicho, one of the highest glacial lakes on Earth, before taking part in the world's highest full moon celebration.

Importantly, all participants are self-funding their place on the expedition, meaning every donation raised goes towards supporting vulnerable girls through education, counselling and vocational training, creating opportunities for brighter and safer futures.
