This September, I'm taking part in the Great Yorkshire Abseil to raise funds for Bradford District and Craven Mind’s vital services.

I'll be ziplining between the iconic 45ft high Ilkley Moor boulders, and then embarking on a 50ft abseil down 'the Cow'.
