Next Saturday, March 21st, I am going to spend 6 1/2 hours on Winchester High Street raising money for this amazing charity which provides dance and joy to people young and and not so young, mobile and not so mobile. I may not be able to dance for the whole time but I do plan to join in all the half hourly group routines.

Move Momentum is a local charity based in Winchester that aims to make dance accessible to everyone. They provide weekly dance classes for older adults, people with disabilities and people with long-term health conditions. @move.momentum

I started dancing with Move Momentum two years ago, from the first day I was made to feel welcome and involved and the more I do the better I feel. The constraints of my condition never stop me benefiting physically and mentally.
