Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I’ve signed up to run the 2026 London Marathon (though the use of the word “run” might be a tadge optimistic). I’m running it on behalf of an amazing charity called BASICS Essex along with family members Andrew and Suzie Page. Between us we hope to raise at least £7,500 for BASICS Essex.

BASICS (British Association for Immediate Care) are an amazing bunch of volunteer medical professionals based all around rural areas of the UK that aid the ambulance service in providing pre hospital care in more severe major incidents and specialists cases. Through provision of highly skilled doctors, nurses and paramedics they’re able to support our incredible ambulance service up and down the country.

We’re so grateful to them not only for the inspiring work that they do day in and day out for patients but also for giving myself, Andrew and Suzie the opportunity to run in one of the worlds most famous marathons!

I hope you can dig deep and sponsor me, it would certainly make all the training and the pain on the actual day worth while!
