On 31st May 2026, supporters will take part in the Great Manchester Run to help raise funds towards establishing a UK Islamic Centre.

This centre will serve as a hub for learning, spirituality community programmes, and initiatives that benefit people across the UK.

TO ADVANCE THE ISLAMIC FAITH IN THE UK AND ABROAD, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THROUGH:

- ENCOURAGING AND PROMOTING EDUCATION, TRAINING AND RESEARCH IN ISLAMIC LEARNING, SOCIAL, APPLIED AND COMMUNICATION SCIENCES, AND OTHER BRANCHES OF KNOWLEDGE;

- CULTIVATING AND PROMOTING SPIRITUAL GROWTH AND WELLBEING WITHIN THE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF ISLAMIC SPIRITUALITY THROUGH VARIOUS INITIATIVES, INCLUDING WORKSHOPS, RETREATS, SEMINARS & COURSES, AND ONLINE LEARNING & RESOURCES;

- ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING VALUABLE ISLAMIC RESOURCES, LIKE PRESERVING ISLAMIC MANUSCRIPTS AND HISTORICAL WORKS.
