Story

Many thanks for taking the time to visit my page!

I'm setting off from the front gates of Buckingham Palace in September and walking all the way to the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh (420 miles) - solo (with a bit of help from my friends and family to push me up the hills along the way)- to raise money for the Lymphoma Research Fund (through the Nottingham University Hospitals Charity N.U.H.) Along the way, I will be updating my blog www.palacetopalace.blogspot.com

It's a small fund, based at the City Hospital in Nottingham, which is doing vital work and literally saving lives. This is a cause very close to my heart as my father visits the Hospital on a regular basis to receive treatment for his Lymphoma.  Dad has received exceptional care and support for the past 6 years and this is my small way of giving something back and saying a big 'thank you'!

Every penny will make a difference to people, like my father, who suffer from this disease.  Thank you!
