Story
On June 24th, Ali Wilkinson, Sue Gee and Emma Morter took part in The Parish Walk, to raise funds for Cancer Research.
WE ACHIEVED OUR TARGET to get as far as Peel, some 32.5 miles!!! ...........and well within our target time of 8 hours. (Ali 7hours 34 mins, Emma and Sue, 7:38)
There was no way we could have done it without the best support driver ever, Yvonne Crawford, who was where we needed her, with whatever we needed, be it food, water or just a friendly face (and first aid).
Your support meant so much and when the going got tough, the thought of all the money we were raising for Cancer Research spurred us on.
