Story
Dear all,
Tragically I lost my cousin to bowel cancer in May this year, he was only 25 years old - one minute he was perfectly healthy and then he was given the awful news he only had weeks to live. Unfortunatly he was just extremly unlucky- however, his bravery and strength after being given such terrible news was really inspiring, he showed incredible courage.
I have decided to do a sponsored walk to support the Bobby Moore Fund, which raises money for research into bowel cancer. This is the charity which Scott's mum, dad and brother would like to support and it would be a real honour to raise some money in his memory and for such a good cause. Here is an article from the Edinburgh Evening News about Scott and his story- http://edinburghnews.scotsman.com/topstories/Friends-and-family-remember-brave.6341149.jp
I am planning on walking from London to Edinburgh- starting off at Wembley stadium and walking to all 20 Premier League stadiums and finally finishing up in Edinburgh at Easter Road stadium. I am hoping to get my photo taken inside each ground as photographic evidence. I am expecting it is going to take me about 4 weeks and am planning on starting in the 3rd week of August. I am both really looking forward to it and slightly nervous as to whether my body will hold up- fingers crossed! I hope to keep everyone updated with my progress as I go and post photos from my adventure
I would really appreciate it if you could sponsor me, no matter how small the amount.
Many Thanks
Paul Fulton
