It was back in March 2014 while running my 10th marathon that the crazy idea of trying to run a 100 marathons first took hold in my head and initially the thought was to do it within 10 years before I turned 60.

Things have steamrolled a bit from then and here I am 3 years later nervously building up to the big day and desperately hoping injury or illness don't stop me now I'm so close.
