Thank you for all of the sponsorship.  I completed the London Marathon in 3hrs 54mins and came 7323rd, so just missed out on a podium finish.

I have a place in the London Marathon on the 26th April and am aiming to raise £2,500.00 for Cardiac Risk in the Young.  CRY are a great charity with a real personal connection to my family.  Seven years ago my cousin James Markham died suddenly from an undiagnosed heart condition.  He was just 21 so I am going to take part in this race in James' memory.

Training Runs

My overall running objective has been to get 12 medals.  To date I have completed 10 races since April 08 (3 x 10K, 1 x 8m, 2 x 10m, 4 x 13m) with the Maidenhead Easter 10 and the London Marathon left to go.
