There are 14.7million people – that’s more than one in six – in the UK living with a neurological condition. Here at the country's leading neurological centre, we’re passionate about supporting the hospital to help improve the lives of patients through treatment and research.

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I'm running the London Marathon to help raise funds for the National Hospital Development Foundation (NHDF) - the charity that supports new developments at Queen Square to bring together the best in patient care and the latest research developments.

The National Hospital, together with the adjoining Institute of Neurology, is at the forefront of neurological research and is responsible for major advances in the treatment of conditions such as Parkinson's Disease, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, strokes and head injury, and brain cancer.

We are currenly raising funding to build a new Brain Cancer centre and Neuromuscular centre that will directly benefit patients being treated at Queen Square. Any donation you make will go directly to making these projects happen.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: National Hospital Development Foundation gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Thanks for sponsoring me!
