Bike ... check, helmet ... check, shorts and t-shirt .... check....
I have decided to challenge myself. On August 30th, I will be attempting the Great North Bike Ride from Seahouses to Tynemouth: 54 miles (about 87km) of beautiful scenic Northumberland coast (with a few pubs along the way).
I am appealing to your generosity and raising money for SANDS (a charity close to my heart).
