I'm pleased  to be fundraising for Teens & Toddlers, a pioneering charity which has an innovative approach to boosting social mobility by helping less-advantaged young people reach their full potential.  The charity runs an 18 week programme for young people dis-engaged from education.  They partner these young people with toddlers of play school and pre-school age, giving them responsibility and a sense of belonging. During  this period the young people become role models and develop skills such as communication, listening and leadership - as well as building their confidence and self-worth.

As many of you may know, this is the second year that  CIBC has worked with T&T,  and I am delighted to be able to be part of the he fund raising efforts.
