First the serious business-

I am doing a half marathon for the Children's Heart Federation. This does not mean I am going to put half the effort for a half marathon - would be going in with full blow ;-)

As you know I have always been a keen/(really good) swimmer as a youngster - well I thought this time I would do a run and do it for a cause  - its for a three week holiday in new york :-) na not even funny.

Doing it for Children's Heart Federation (www.chfed.org.uk) - its a national charity and the umbrella body for voluntary organistaions working to meet the needs of children and young people affected by cogenital and acquired heart conditions.

Every Dollar/pound/ruppe/ugandan dollar counts ;-) Thanks for all your heart earned money - Thanks Pasan/Paz/Mr Perfect
