PEM's London Tri team 2010

We all work for Cambridge based accountants, Peters Elworthy & Moore (PEM). The firm's nominated Charity of the Year is East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH), and as part of our year long itinerary of fundraising events, the three of us thought it a good idea to challenge our bodies whilst supporting this excellent local charity.

So, on 7 August 2010, we'll be swimming, cycling and running around London's Docklands for a fantastic cause, which we support both professionally and personally.

Not wanting to do things by halves, we have opted for the 'Olympic' distance - a 1,500m open water swim in the Docks, followed by a 40k bike ride around East London, finished off with a 10k run back to the ExCeL Exhibition Centre!

In support of EACH's amazing work and our triathlon efforts, we would be really grateful for any donations which will go directly towards the £4 million needed every year to deliver EACH's services in their hospices, as well as in patients' own homes in the East Anglian region.

Thank you

Richard, Sean and Gemma
