Well Folks....

I HAVE DONE IT!!! To update you all - I have lost 3st 7.5lb as of 23rd December - my last weight in before Christmas!!! 

I would like to thank everyone for the huge support shown since April and especially for the extreme generosity shown by everyone.... it is very touching to see how kind everyone is and what great friends and family I have.

I chose Macmillan Cancer Support and The Foyle Hospice as my charities. It was great that everyone dug deep and helped all those that benefit from the fantastic work carried out by Macmillan and The Foyle Hospice. Unfortunately cancer has touched most all our lives at some point. (Money donated offline is going to The Foyle Hospice)

I will be emailing everyone in the New Year and chasing up all money pledged..... but for now have a Peaceful Christmas and a Fantastic New Year.
