I'm about to embark on my 14th Challenge.

This year the Challenge is to teams of 4 riders to cycle, in relay, 535 miles from Valenciennes in Northern France to Lake Geneva in 3 days via 5 countries.

The 3 days will take us across northern France into Belgium and Luxembourg, east into Germany and finally south into Switzerland.

Our objective is to raise as much money as possible for our nominated charities - Epilepsy Action and Epilepsy Bereaved - so please sponsor me now.
