On April 25th 2009 I and five other mad souls representing CNA Europe, leave for Costa Rica to take part in a Coast to Coast Insurance Challenge. We will be mountain biking, hiking, white water rafting and kayaking 250 km for 7 days back to back, also reaching an altitude of 2,500 metres.

All costs of the trip have been kindly sponsored by CNA, meaning any donation you make goes directly to the Princess Trust. Through financial assistance and practical support, including training and mentoring, the Princes' Trust organisation helps 14 - 30 year olds realise their potential and change their lives
