Story

Hi - Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online. My name is Katrina Doyle, I am 8 years old. When I was 7 I got Leukaemia, and lost my hair. Clic Sargent have helped me a lot and I wanted to do something for them. I know some people run Marathons for Leukaemia Research in Banana suits, and my cousins have done walks and bike riding in London but I cant yet. So I thought that now my hair is growing back, I'd dye it pink to raise money for Clic Sargent. I want to raise some money so they can buy DVDs for the children in hospital. If I get 100 people giving just a couple of pounds, that is lots of DVD's. Clic help Families too, and have to keep houses to help us be together when I'm ill in hospital, and they need money for that too - so please help me to help them. I hope I can do lots for them

Wow - thanks everyone - I will make the target more because you have been really good and helped me. Thanks.

I cant believe it - thanks lots to everyone and the BMW Motorbike people. I have gone as pink as my hair  when I saw how much you have given. I am really impressed. I might even make £500!!!! I have raised the target to that, but I am so pleased. That is so many DVD's and games and books for children stuck in hospital. You are all great.xxxxxxxxx

Mega WOW...OMG OMG - we have raised a THOUSAND POUNDS! OMG. I am so thrilled - if we work really hard we might be able to buy them a new playbuilding or something! Big thanks everybody I will put a new picture on soon to show my pink hair. Thanks so much you lot. Its so exciting. We are soooo good!

H, Kat here on Tuesday night. More double mega WOW's - we are at £1500!! That is so great. I hope now I can get to £2000 - that is 10 times what I thought I would get. Everyone is talking about my hair, which is great, as it gets money for ClicSargent and that is really important for families like mine. And they are getting the money in time for Christmas too! I am exctatik (? i think)

Look at what all my friends at school have done - they have raised sooooo much money. We nearly have 2 thousand pounds, and I cant beleve it - and I was on the internet on the justgiving blog as well. The local paper wrote about Clic Sargent and took my picture with my hair. Its been good, and there is still ovewr 2 weeks to go. Thank you all really a lot for all your money and making me feel special Lots of children will be happier becos of your kind payments. how great are you?

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: CLIC Sargent will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now! Here is the picture of me with my Pink hair - its a proper dye, so everywhere I go everyone can see it! I wont wear my wig at least until after the 14th December. Actually I really like it. Thanks again you lot.

Well - we are at the end of the time now, and I am reeeeeeally delighted. You have all helped so many people, and we have raised over £2500 in total for ClicSargent. There is just 2 days to go, and I am so excited by what we have got done. I hpoed to raise £200, and I am way over that. And I love my hair like this too.

THanks Everybody I hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year. Love Katrina Doyle

xxxxx
Many thanks for your support.
