I decided to try and make a differance in support of the old soliders who fought in conflicts long forgotton, or for families that continue to bare the impact of conflicts long after the tv crews,celebrities, politicians and sound bites have gone.

The British Legion,they continue to provide financial, social and emotional support to millions who have served or are currently serving in the Armed Forces, and their dependants.

They provided me with great support and advice and I'd like to give something back.

So i'm covering my self from head to toe in poppies and running the great south run.
